if you qualify with the permit to acquire process and do not have any TRO’s against you or mental issues in your background check history , and not a convicted felon ; no problem .

Is the state going to try to regulate (outlaw) private party purchases/sales? I see the law of unintended consequences rearing its head in a big way.
