I honestly believe they believe the words of John Lennon's "Imagine" and are trying to make it come true through force.
The Brits had the good sense to tell them to eff off.
I despise that song. Sure, pretty tune, but “Imagine” is such a hypocritical holier than thou piece of tripe. I can “Imagine” Lennon et al in the studio, laying it down for hours, then going out to a nearby restaurant and eating platefuls of expensive food, washing it down with pints of the best beer, and then popping into luxury sports cars to go home to mansions and lay their heads down on expensive beds. He wasn’t going to give up any of his millions to share with all the world, and everyone who ever has throughout history has been on the wrong end of a gun. Glorification of poverty is fine for some protected monks but it’s a death sentence for anyone else.
