It might be prudent to recall one of Obama's first actions upon being crowned POTUS. He had the Bust of Winston Churchill boxed up and sent back to England.
Don't think that didn't set the tone early.
In the Oval Office the Churchill bust was replaced with one of ML King Jr., and now sits outside the Treaty Room in the White House.
