It is the Muslims that are unclean. I can find no redeeming qualities in any of them, except fairy tales from Arabian Nights. And even then, they may not have been muslim.
Unlikely this is a religious issue. There appears to be a payment dispute and the dogs paid the price.
The company who owned the dogs is an American contractor who I traced to a Lafayette, Louisiana address. The workers are not from Kuwait but most likely from countries like Nepal and the Philippines.
