Well...I guess I can own up to it now... My DNA is 80% English... The average Brit nowadays (from What I have read) is around 60% English....go figure.
I was following the big FR BREXIT thread last night & stayed up until 1:00 watching Varney - what a night! Along with the Brit lady, Bolton was awesome - he’s usually so serious behind that fierce mustache, but last night he was almost giddy - fun to see. So very happy for the Brits - now the heavy lifting begins to actually make leaving happen.

Doesn’t sound like a resignation if he doesn’t leave his post. It sounds more like someone annoucing their own sucide attempt awaiting the outcrys of sympthy to “stay”.
No. it is how their system works. Basically BREXIT was a no confidence vote in the current UK Gub'ment leadership because they all wanted to stay in the EU. Cameron announces he is stepping down so the process of forming a new government can start.
UKIP will now seek to from a new government most likely and see who they can get to go along like Tories and such. Atleast this is what my UJ friends are telling me.
