Germany has one of the highest weapons-per-head rates in the world, but one of the lowest gun homicide rates in Europe: 0.05 per 100,000 people, compared with 3.34 in the US. Why didn't they give us the actual weapons-per-head ratio?
Could it be somebody is fudging the stats?
Was it Mark Twain who said, "There are lies, damned lies and then there are statistics."?
