I can’t see how the FBI could not recommend an indictment. I suspect that the FBI has been ordered to just keep dragging their feet until after the election.
I don’t either. I don’t think Hillary has been subpoenaed outside of Benghazi but she did testify under penalty of perjury that she had “directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done” yet there have been several chains, even in the IG report, still turning up that were not in the hard copies sent to State.
