....It is a long piece, but this tidbit from CBS Miami sums up the investigation pretty well:
So when Murphy said in 2012, “I got my CPA license and I spent years going to numerous Fortune 500 companies,” the truth is he only spent at most eight months – and not years – with Deloitte & Touche holding a CPA license valid only in Colorado, a state where Murphy has never lived or worked.
A campaign spokesman acknowledged Murphy did not meet Florida’s educational requirements to become a CPA, nevertheless he sought a license in Colorado because “Patrick was excited to start his career.”
The campaign then added: “As a fully-licensed CPA, Patrick is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.”

Observations:
1. CBS Miami is owned by CBS. This appears to be a random act of journalism. May be ignored within days, so that when Murphy loses, CBS can say “Well, he was a bad candidate”.
2. Valerie’s man child was down in Miami just a couple weeks ago raising money for this joker.
3. Not a single media outlet outside of this one in Miami (as far as I can see) has reported on this. Classic coverup. You can darn well bet if a nasty story on Rick Scott or Donald Trump had been broken by CBS Miami, the other outlets in the city would say “Published reports indicate Rick Scott did this...”
4. Now that Rubio is in the race, I am betting he wins the Senate again. And this is not a bad thing.
Grayson will be the Dem nominee, and he will lose to Rubio. The only question is whether Rubio will play ball with Trump or not. My guess is that he will, not because he had a Trumpian epiphany, but because he’s always been a politician and wants to be on the winning side.
He must be suffering from the “fog of war” after coming under attack by snipers on his way to get his CPA registration in Florida...

That’s surely not a good pair to choose from! Like Bush v. Gore, you get crap either way.
It’s interesting that they held this story until Rubio got into the race. I guess they figured Rubio will crush him anyway. But I suspect they would have kept it quiet if he had not.

Rubio will be looking forward to 2020, hoping that Trump won’t run for a 2nd term, which I don’t think he will.
Look at Murphy on Wikipedia. It says he was arrested on South Beach. Didn’t Rubio have problems there also?
I don’t see Rubio being re-elected, he is hated in Florida.
