The Baltimore police officer facing the most serious charges in the death of Freddie Gray was found not guilty of second-degree murder Thursday, WBAL reports. Officer Caesar Goodson was also charged with manslaughter, assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office after Gray's death.

I don’t know, the mods decide. I posted it as Breaking because it just happened and I think it is of national importance, but evidently a mod. doesn’t consider it worthy of the Breaking News category.
In one sense it is a “local” story, except that with BLM and all the riots nationwide it really is a national story, imho.

Marilyn Mosby made a colossal fool of herself, flew the banner of racism, belligerence and legal prejudice in her arrogant attempt to inflame a riot.
She should pay for her criminal behavior and her radical abuse of office and power.
Definitely should be sued for damages and mental anguish caused to police officers swept up in her net.
Nevermind the mis-carriage of justice and cost to tax payers for her pony show.
I have to wonder what would have been the effect on the situation existing at the time in Baltimore if she had decided not to indict the officers. Once they were charged, the rioting did die down quickly.
Was this a case of achieving a tactical victory (stop the rioting) while knowing that the charges could not be sustained (strategic defeat)?
Unfortunately, once a game like this is started, it has to be played out to the turn of the last card.
The defense’s bench trail strategy is making the difference since the prosecution is being denied a jury whose emotions can be enflamed.
I heard a radio report this morning that Mosby is being sued by the officers for defamation.
I have no sympathy for Mosby.

I haven’t followed the particulars of this that closely; I had NO idea the Judge was a Black Man!
They tried to sacrifice these police officers to satisfy the mobs. Absolutely disgusting.
The Democrats have no respect for law. If a case, law or bill suits them, then it is just, right and good. If the majority vote against The Democrats then the vote, ruling or law is wrong and must not be obeyed.
