I’ve gone from 3-4 hrs out of 24 to 7 hrs at night and at least a 1-3 hr series of naps, depending on activity, a 2 hr ordeal of a round trip to the doctors is at least 2 hr nap to bring the pain down and reduce the exhaustion on heart stress. No more long distance driving allowed if I drive.

What makes me so MAD is my PCP and other doctors have known I’ve had a heart issue for several years and FAILED to disclose it until the legs swelled and then they had to do a ultra sound for blood clots and a full cardio work up. I’ve tired easy since my 40’s as I have Fibromyalgia to boot, some symptom over lap.

I would like to sleep that much, but I have nine children at home. And pets ;-).

You obviously have lots of perseverance as well as common sense!

Good lord. And I was upset at Chase for having a commercial with a father dressed up in a tutu.

When your kids are grown, your nearly 67, and you see your only grandson maybe 5 days out of the year, makes a world of difference. I even stopped the Holiday cooking, no help with the clean up, and I can’t do it all any more like I use to.

I did learn something yesterday stay away from the Memory Foam mattresses, oil chems breaks down faster, vs the latex which is rubber. And you really have to try them out at store to be sure they do what you want them to do.

Interesting. I’m not fond of memory foam, although my husband has it for pillows.
