-- When the first group sat down, Ryan should have had the Capitol police clear the floor. --

Or the body's seargent at arms. The capitol police came in this morning and asked the protesters to leave so they could do a security sweep. Pelosi told them "no," so they left.

-- No way this was not planned in advance and co-ordinated with the Dem media toadies. --

CNN is presenting a most misleading impression of their own poll, saying 90% of Republicans and 85% of DEMs favor a law that prohibits people on no-fly list from possessing firearms. That's one line in a breakout, and contradicts other Q&A in the same poll. CNN is not showing the poll, because they can't explain the internal disconnect, where 42% oppose stronger gun laws.

Interesting that Pelosi can override the Capitol Police’s security directives.

Shows the complete disregard of the Dems for any security measures, even those undertaken for their own safety.

If the parties were reversed, the GOP would have been manhandled out of there yesterday evening, with Pelosi’s orders and blessing.

Like Bush did to the Clinton operatives who sabotaged his transition to the Presidency in early 2001, Ryan will totally forgive his Dem “colleagues” instead of going nuclear on them with sanctions, etc. for this stunt.

And the Dems know this, so they just do whatever they want, even though they are in the minority.

And the Senate is a mirror reflection of the same. The Dems still control the agenda even with the GOP Senators in the majority.
