Just so happens I'm having dinner tonight with an old friend who flew over the pond on business. She knows I carry via CHL and is just beside herself.

Last visit, her hotel was, oh about 150 yards or so from the place we were eating....in a bad part of town. She sezz, no need for you to walk me to my room. I told her...uh, yes. This is not a great area. She was oblivious to her surroundings. Had no idea a woman walking this distance at night would have made her a target.

She had an armed escort. lol
