I’m building an outdoor pit that will take a dozen 10 x 18” red oak logs to pull off a several hour long smoke.
My fondest desire is that the wind blows towards my neighbors whenever I fire it up.
As long as it's meat that's cookin' I'd have no problem being downwind.
