There are few things more loathsome than a corrupt cop.
These individuals should be thrown in prison along with the other convicts they arrested. Let it be prison justice for both of them.
Like I posted on day one. Years. When the gummint is right things go quick. Look at Ludlow, Kent State, whatever. When the gummint is wrong it takes years. No one in actual authority is ever held accountable, there may be some flunky or two thrown under the bus and wrist slap is the limit. Just be informed. When you go out in public you are at risk from thugs with and without badges.
