Saying that a fine man is at the top of a government agency and thinking that it means the agency is properly run is like thinking that the company with the most attractive models in its TV commercials must make the best products.

Americans are gullible and are often fooled by false perceptions. Just look at how effective advertising is in this country. The sheeple are easily manipulated.

Who is it that's saying how great this guy is running this secret police agency?
Everybody, if they know what's good for them, because they all cower in fear of the secrets the IRS holds over their heads.
