Yes, I realize what I'm saying. I do not believe that this country is a rule of laws, or more precisely, that there is a rule of law for the privileged, and a different rule of law for the rest of us.
The constitution is a dead letter. I'm not about to revolt over it, but I view the federal government as illegitimate. It has no moral authority. I submit to it because it is powerful. I would submit to the Mafia too.

She must be filling her Depends, to feel a need to call an immediate press conference to respond to Trump. Has any presidential candidate EVER called an immediate presser like this to respond to a rival candidate??? As far as I know this is unprecedented.

Maybe it was the presence of "protestors" outside Trump Tower which is in a prime high-end designer shopping area - 5th Ave & 57th St. Don't want those riff raff around uptown.
That may be it. This is the first I’ve heard of it, frankly. But upper 5th in midtown does have beautiful shops and hotels. With all the homeless protestors and violent types, I’m sure they got together to complain. Sad, really. I was at Trump Tower last August when Trump was eating in the lobby. 5th Avenue going strong with no problems.

This Hillary speech has been scheduled for some time, it is part two of her “one two” punch to devastate Trump. The first part was delivered yesterday, I think.
In an earlier reply I had mentioned a requirement that the lobby always be open to the public...city code? Requirement for construction? Repeated local bad press would hurt him.
I just walked past Trump tower, I didn’t see any protesters at all. Just tourists and a few satellite news trucks. I did snap a picture of the Trump Secret Service motorcade (parked) on 56th street. I’ll upload the picture and post it here later.

Yes, I was responding to a question about why Trump's speech didn't occur at Trump tower. His public appearances - rallies, press conferences, etc. - tend to attract protestors. Others have mentioned that complaints have been made about a previous event at Trump Tower. I was just guessing that the complaint might have been due to the presence of leftist riff raff in a rather tony section of town.
