I went to Cooperstown five years ago with my son on his spring break. It was his idea. How could I say no? In early March, the lake is still ice bound, but touring the Hall of Fame we had the place to ourselves and could take our time.

We went in summer and it was beautiful-——window boxes laden with flowers were everywhere, even on one gas station.

It was a contest-—but it was years ago so I don’t know if it still takes place.

The kids had a swim in the lake.

A very pleasant memory.

Never been there, but have been to the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass with a work group. The thing I remember most...I’m not much of a fan...was one of the players size 14 or 15 tennis shoe! LOL! It was HUGE!!

Oh...and being in the elevator with about 5 players. All I could see was belts. [I’m short! LOL!]
