When will all people who call themselves “Conservative” or “Religious Conservative” or “Patriot” realize the GOP Establishment and the “Conservative Media” that front for them have been using them.

Agreed - and I have added Cruz to that list. He got trounced by a guy who "couldn't even run a lemonade stand" and is being petty and spiteful in withholding endorsement of Trump - I believe he's got his finger right next to Ryan's in the #nevertrump movement.
