I hypothesized this the day after the massacre happened. There was something not right about the creep having been taken off the terror watch list. And what about his security clearance to work for a DHS private contractor?
I'm wondering if this story is going to be as awful as Benghazi.

Providing contract security probably only involves having a clean NCIC check. He wasn’t a convicted criminal so it came back clean.
