WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has rejected challenges to assault weapons bans in Connecticut and New York, in the aftermath of the shooting attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, that left 50 people dead.

The justices on Monday left in place a lower court ruling that upheld laws that were passed in response to another mass shooting involving a semi-automatic weapon, the elementary school attack in Newtown, Connecticut.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly turned away challenges to gun restrictions since two landmark decisions that spelled out the right to a handgun to defend one's own home.

Declining to hear the case is not the same as endorsing the lower-court decision. It’s an abstention, not an affirmation.

Unfortunately, it does let the bans stand ... for the time being.

They will be armed and have police powers. So if you are about to have surgery or chemotherapy, use a post office box and a rented room as your “official residence”.

When a person is admitted to a hospital for any procedure, a follow-up home visit will take place from a hospital services person (paid for by the federal government) who's role is to identify the habits of those in the "home recovery environment".

Never speak with any mental health professional or check in to any hospital under your true identity.

What makes you think they want the law to be obeyed? It’s just another charge they can nail someone with if they have a mind to.

Also helps to identify the true sheep, who did register their arms.

What part of "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed" does the Supreme Court not understand?

The first part: "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms." With emphasis on the words "the right". They already have an idea of who "the people" are and what "keep and bear" mean and what "arms" are.

This is why Obama and the NWO killed Justice Scalia.

“No vote...they didn’t hear it.”

They still must have had some kind of snout-count to decide, no?

A friend who is an assisted adult living facility Head Administrator. Facilities are being required to add these functions. They are also anticipating a home visit upon death of patients to “Counsel” the surviving family and identify risks in the household as a result of the loss. (get guns out)

What state do you live in, that would even think of doing something that intrusive? (NE I assume?)

I would like them to try that out west... Never fly.

I would not let these idiots in the door.

If they refused to leave my doorstep, a telephone call to the police would be next.

They have no authority to be let into anyone’s home.
