Florida has open records law. It is against the law to withhold the 911 calls.

Feds could deem that they are a national security issue and therefore can’t be released, but I have not heard that was claimed.

Scott can release the 911 calls in full and is legally obligated to.

2:04a.m.: Additional OPD officers arrived on scene.
2:08 a.m.: Officers from various law enforcement agencies made entrance to Pulse and engaged the shooter.
2:18 a.m.: OPD S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons & Tactics) initiated a full call-out.
2:35 a.m.: Shooter contacted a 911 operator from inside Pulse. The call lasted approximately 50 seconds, the details of which are set out below:

Pillar 7 : Al Qaeda is no longer a terrorist threat to the US because Obama thinks it only had one member named bin Laden. Zawahiri is retired.

Pillar 8 : Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 because 9/11 was al Qaeda terrorism and Iraq was only helping and providing safe haven to Zarqawi’s group and Zarqawi was not al Qaeda because a Qaeda leaders once criticized something he did and because he had not sworn bayat to bin Laden... Never mind that after he did swear bayat and joined with Saddam Hussein’s top islamist general who was in charge of training terrorists under Saddam and, after the General swore bayat to Zarqawi, together they renamed his group al Qaeda in Iraq and then after the US withdrew from Iraq they went on to form ISIS, which we are told AQ still doesn’t agree with on anything, except when they do...

My sister is on the phone with me telling me on 96.5 (WDBO) the people are calling in LIVID and they are not fooling the people over this. This station suspended programming ever since the terrorist attack and took calls from people. The DOJ got the message!!!!!
