Beck had his season where he was a superb teacher and a decent watchman on the wall.

But, when he became distracted while running from fears while chasing a dream, that season was over.

Whether he caught them or they caught him, it's hard to say, but he's not been the same since.

For me, he's painful to listen to these days, so I don't.

He seems like an airline pilot whose plane's been hijacked and, now out of options, stale fear and a mild case of Stockholm syndrome have hijacked his judgement and programming.

At this point, he's as likely to fly into a building as he is to land safely and I really don't care.
