I have absolutely no clue as to how these links are appropriate as a response to my opinion of American intervention in Syria, however I will give my opinion.
I deplore the expansion of federal government which has increased government bureaucracy. An axe should be taken to federal jobs and federal workers should have the same experiences as Americans employed in private enterprise.
As a teacher of 28 yrs ( had to quit to become a caregiver to my traumatic brain injured husband), I appreciated my income of which many teacher complained. I deplored the increase of educational bureaucracy which occurred with states handing over power to the federal gov’t in exchange for funds.
I believe the government and its monies should be spent primarily on a well prepared military which would be a deterrent to unfriendly nations and infrastructure for commerce and movement of people (not biking trails).
Once again - do not understand the purpose of your links to any of my comments.

“Millions of Christian Iraqis fled Iraqi to Syria during our war there. Many went to Syria because they knew Assad protected the Christians there.”

The last time the US helped out Christians was in Lebanon during their civil war that lasted from 1975-1990. Within a couple a year of the 1983 bombings of the US embassy and the Marines barracks there, we abandoned them.

The District of Criminals is anti-Christian and has been since Bush 41.

“What would happen in the USA if people tried to overthrow the government?”

The Feds would mass kill 90 percent of the citizenry if need be in order for them to stay in power. Nukes need not be ruled out.

“Where did the need to overthrow Assad come from? Saudi Arabia? The CIA? Obama?”

It goes back to a natural gas pipeline deal that’s supposed to run from Saudi Arabia to Europe and it happens to run right through Syria. There’s also the need by the Saudis to destroy the growing Shia Crescent. Assad wasn’t having any of that and the rest is history.

“It wasn’t justified for us to overthrow the government of Libya when we did. I don’t believe it is justified for us to support the overthrow of Syria either.”

The reason why we overthrew Libya and had Gaddafi killed off was because he was planning to implement the pan-African dinar that was gold-backed. Oil trading would have been done in dinars and the US wasn’t having any of that so they got rid of Gaddafi.

The US wants all oil to be traded in US Dollars ONLY. Anyone going outside of that is dealt with very harshly. Now China has started a gold-backed Yuan. Now the US is trying to pick a fight with them. China, Russia and other countries are also working on creating the infrastructure to bypass the US and trade in currencies other than US Dollars.

I just found out yesterday that the US Navy’s Third Fleet (patrols the eastern half of the Pacific) is being ordered to Asian/west Pacific) where the 7th Fleet already is.

The current thinking is that something is going to happen most likely in August when Congress goes home for summer vacation. That way Obama can do as he pleases with the military and gets no flack or interference from Congress.

All I can say is get ready for WW3.

- I agree that much of Saudi Arabia’s desire to overthrow Assad is because of the gas pipeline but I believe even greater is related to conflicts with their religious sects. The Saudis are religious fanatics so I believe that would be their number one reason.

- No doubt that DC is anti-Christian.

- I just read a few articles about Gaddafi’s plan to implement the pan-African dinar that was gold-backed. Honestly, I didn’t know much about that but it makes sense. I really couldn’t understand why else we would have wanted to overthrow Libya.

According to the below article (I am not familiar with the website but I found it to give a brief explanation), the French were very interested in protecting their currency too.

http://www.therightperspective.org/2016/04/10/hillary-email-get-gaddafi-to-stop-pan-african-currency/

I’ve always thought that Obama and Hillary had an aggressive and foolish attitude toward the Russians and Chinese. That’s why we so desperately need for both to soon be out of the White House. They’re both dangerous.

Thanks for the feedback. Again, I never knew much about Gaddafi’s plan to implement the pan-African dinar. It does make a little more sense to me now.

I don’t think Obama is going to leave office. WW3 is a big enough of an emergency to cancel elections.

And the economy both domestically as well as globally are melting down fast. That’s another emergency that could cancel the elections.

I don’t think Obama is going to leave office.

I believe he’s going to leave.

I also believe the economy is in melt down. This is another reason I don’t believe Obama will stay in office.
