Bolivia accepted help from Heifer International, a charity that donates breeding pairs of all kinds of farm animals to poor farmers. Gates must have angered that commie somehow.

Why not send the chickens to Venezuela?

Strange world we live in...

A true-to-life (actually true) cock and bull story, in comparison to Gate's uber-liberal "i'ma gonna be a-generous to poor backwards Bolivians" sends Gates' chickens back home to roost, or sends them somewhere, anywhere except to Bolivia.

Why did the chicken(s) not cross the road? Bolivia was over there.

Yes, this confused a lot of chickens, too. (which way to point now -- who knows? but windoze 10 still sucks eggs).
