Beat me to it. Keynes was still ultimately wrong, but what often gets grilled as ‘Keynesian economics’ is as far removed from what he preached as the moon is from the earth. He would be rightly horrified that we sock away nothing for a rainy day, just for starters, and pretty surely say that leftists had bastardized his ideas beyond not just recognition but all manner of common sense.
The leaches have just about killed off the middle class so much for the state and federal hacks.
Therefore, there is no solution forthcoming.
The war, the big’un will not be with the shapeless Islam but with Iran.
Islam per se is not the enemy. Radical fundamentalists Islam, a small sub set is the enemy currently doing us harm. That pin prick is trivial compared to the potential damage from Iran
