Aiden is a perfectly fine boy’s name of Irish origin. My daughter’s friend just had a boy and named him Aiden. Let’s face it, people of all ethnicities love Irish names!

I don’t like the name either but I know it’s popular. Can’t figure it out. I know people who have named their kids Aidan. I am much more traditional, I suppose.
