Irrelevant at this point whether or not the owner got a name, address etc. I am sure he called the FBI after the attack just to let them know the killer was in their shop, talking to someone on a phone in Arabic, several weeks before the attack. Does anyone think this wasn’t the right thing to do because of an ongoing investigation of the murder of 49 people and might be helpful information?
What I gather from the snippets of interview that the press deigns to broadcast, is that the FBI was "contacted" twice. Once before the incident, and a second time after the incident.
