Full title: Breitbart News was the biggest publisher of political content for the months of May and June, with a lead of nearly 2 million more interactions than the second place Huffington Post.
The site came out on top in research conducted by NewsWhip. Besting the competition on a list that also includes CNN, The Hill, and The Guardian, Breitbart News had a total combined 9,098,o13 Twitter and Facebook interactions, of which 89% came from Facebook and 11% from Twitter.
Failing to make the top 10 list were outlets such as The New York Times and Fox News, although they do attract greater interaction per story than that of other news sites...

Many posters at the site saying about the same thing. It is the auto start for the videos which slows things down. It is an easy web fix for them not to do that but they still do. Yahoo is another site that does this.
Adblock Plus really helps alot and get Flashblock for the videos. Drag the button unto the Firefox toolbar from customize and with 1 click either turn on or off Flash!

I dont mind the adds if in the sidebar. But the GD popups are full of bugs.
My firewall goes absolutely nuts.

I think that they mush have got ten-thousand hits from my computer the last time I tried to view their site. Had to re-boot my computer. Maybe that’s how they get high numbers?

They must be counting all the pop-ups and scamware.
