If that were true, they should cede their place for someone that supports Trump. More likely, these are stealth Cruz delegates, who should be replaced for their deceit. Lyn' Ted needs to put a stop to this!
These delegates (and Cruz) think that this plan will somehow set up Cruz to win an election in 2020. Little do they realize that should Hillary win there will be no election in 2020

I think most delegates will toe the line, but legally they can do whatever they want, and have on rare circumstance in the past.
