Since the “Legal” description is the same for both deeds, I would think it’s the same property, implying that son Omar and father Seddique co-owned the house, and BOTH simultaneously signed over their interest in favor of Omar’s sister and b-I-l. If so, I am sure Seddique (Omar’s father) can explain...
I wonder if the file for L15 B76 PSL28 has anything interesting on the purchase and financing.
The difference is the father signed his document in February and murderer signed separate document in ?April (sorry on iphone, details on ipad & not close).
