Since the “Legal” description is the same for both deeds, I would think it’s the same property, implying that son Omar and father Seddique co-owned the house, and BOTH simultaneously signed over their interest in favor of Omar’s sister and b-I-l. If so, I am sure Seddique (Omar’s father) can explain...

Going back I did see it was for same property. Both documents recorded the same day within an hours time.

The difference is the father signed his document in February and murderer signed separate document in ?April (sorry on iphone, details on ipad & not close).

I am clueless about this works. The question I have is if there is any relevance in the process or is it the way things ate done.
