I haven’t read the letter, but I wonder if the AGs included a warning that opponents of the scare tactics on global warming can venue shop too. The econuts went to the Virgin Islands to file their first law suit, expecting a good jury pool down there.
I know of a few locations in Texas where you could get a pretty good jury of good ol boys who love fossil-fueled cars and work in the oil patch.

..Yeah, but 98% of the 100 scientist surveyed out of the 11,000 available for the survey agree that the scam should work out just fine.
BTW - this is from a misquoted study which actually confirmed the results of Climategate.
