Hoping that I am not being an unnecessary bother with this but here is my short list of what does not add up in Orlando:
1) The shooter was investigated by the FBI in 2013 for alleged terrorist sympathies, but this was dropped
2) The shooter was recently reported to the FBI (again) by a gun shop where he asked for body armour, then a bulk order of ammunition (which they refused to sell to him). FBI still did not act, it seems.

Have there been efforts to line up these inconsistencies and possibly others?
I’ve heard more references in the news to blaming Christians and/or Trump or both along with the 2nd Amendment(oh yeah and Internet freedom of speech also) lets restrict or block (Christians) religious freedoms there now or place them on a terrorist watch list and take away their guns and bibles.
So the message is that its all OUR fault for having all these freedoms that caused this obama worshiping sexually confused otherwise peaceful Muslim to kill all those people,

My gosh, if it is up to the gun shop owner to build an airtight case for questioning the suspect, then it is not gonna happen. We might as well opt for a "see something, say nothing" policy.

That is insane, but probably what happened is the person at the FBI looked at the file, said “Oh, he’s been cleared” and that was that. It is highly possible that directives regarding “not harassing Muslims” had something to do with it, in which case heads should roll. Not likely to happen though.
Understand what the goal was when the Obama Administration ran the operation known as Fast and Furious then you will understand what is going on.

This makes sense to me. If they charge her, she'll lawyer up and shut down. If she thinks there's some way she can talk her way out of it, she'll keep talking.

You forgot to add that Disney World security contacted the FBI this year to say the shooter and his wife were casing the amusement park.
How many times does the FBI have to be contacted by independent parties, about an individual already under investigation, before a light goes on?
An interesting fact that says a lot more than the average American can deduce.
The wife in the Boston attack was never taken in and charged. She is walking around free as a bird.
I’m sure the lawyer for this one is following that blueprint.
