I don’t think Chicago is fixable in the short term It’s a drug hub which accounts for some or most of it. Some are getting fed up and move out or the thugs go to where it’s easier living. Then they shoot up the new town. We’ve been dealing with that where I live. And lots of drugs. Almost everywhere now.
