On a crime of this nature, if she has actually been suspected on complicity in the shooting, given her admissions, if she’s not in custody; that she does not at minimum have an ankle bracelet is utterly unthinkable.

If I could find my tin-foil hat to put on, I'd suspect this was all an effort to either discredit Comey, an excuse to demand his resignation, or a rationale for Obama to fire him.

Any of these would be to the benefit of a particular "crooked" candidate for President.
