Well, at least I know of 49 wedding cakes no Christian will ever be forced to bake.
It's God's word. I will forever hate the sin of homosexuality, and, still have compassion for repentant gays.
Almost all the "cruelty" and "hated" consists of Christians opposing gay marriage and considering homosexual behavior a sin.
Some Christians presume to be able to do God’s job and condemn them to Hell, but they’re not the ones gunning them down....
Why assume the “Christians” or “Conservatives” are “standing in unity” with the gay agenda? Can’t they/we just be sympathetic? We may not agree with their agenda, but certainly would not wish physical harm or death upon them. Can’t these people differentiate?
Anderson Cooper blamed Pam Bondi’s support of traditional marriage on the massacre.
Really? The killer shot up the place because he was a supporter of traditional marriage?
The guy was gay for crying out loud. He would have shot up Disneyland, but with the wide open spaces and efficient security he couldn’t have caused as much mayhem as he did in the confined spaces of the “gun free” nightclub.
Liberal will blame anyone but who actually caused the murder.
Lesson number one for lunatic leftists: Always blame America first, then Christians, whites, Republicans and any other group who threatens their power base.
Here’s what really matters, and I think the homos will grasp it:
When the chips were down, and it came to a choice between defending the homos against those who want to kill them, and the killers themselves, the right chose to defend the homos, and the left chose to defend the killers.
Talk is cheap. For all the left talks about loving homos, they won’t act when action is needed.
Where is the left’s compassion for the thousands and thousands of Christians have been slaughtered in the Middle East by ISIS?
Any examples of this 'cruelty'?
Or are they saying it is cruel when a Christian baker, or florist, refuses to be forced to participate in a Sodomite fake wedding?
Or are they pretending that the 'Laramie Project' hero was set upon by Christians because they found out he was a homosexual (as opposed to being set upon by fellow druggies when his drug deal went bad).
This is basic obedience to the Bible, which tells us that every human being, however broken we all are, is created in the image of God.
We are all sinners (broken). That is true.
Man and Woman are made in the image of God. That is true.
But unrepentant sinners have no place in the Kingdom. It behooves all Christians to sound that warning loud and clear. The Sodomite (or Adulterer, or Rapist, or, etc) who stays in their sin will spend eternity in hell-fire. To sit on our hands and just pat the sinner on the back and tell them it is OK to stay in their sin is just wrong.
Ezekiel 18:30b-32
...Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
Won’t matter how many muzzies kill homos. The homos will still ALWAYS blame conservatives and Christians. Their fascistic obsessiveness with submission, undoubtedly cultivated in their perverted sexual inclinations, will always seek to target those unwilling to equate their lifestyle as equal or superior to ‘breeders.’
This notion that homos will suddenly wake up and allign themselves with conservatism is fanciful. Reminds me so much of the PUMA crowd in 2008, that were going to be voting in huge waves for McCain-Palin. What a crock.
The NYT making another desperate attempt to reclaim the narrative. Unsuccessfully. When the first public concern on the left was whether Muslims would be held to account for the victims, and not for the victims themselves, that’s a bell that can’t be un-rung. Blaming Christians for a Muslim mass murder is not only disingenuous, it’s blatantly false on the face of it and nobody’s buying.
+1
I disagree. Nothing they do violates my own religious observance. They fail to return the courtesy.
I dunno, instead of all the ‘love the sinner hate the sin’ talk, what I’m thinking is Jesus’ words: “Love your enemies. Do good to those who persecute you, for by doing so you will heap burning coals on his head.”
So we’ll see what happens; looks like it’s being played out here.
