a careful read of the Bible reveals God chose the most unlikely people to lead His people. The established leaders (Pharisees and Sadducees, and others) had to be overcome, but God’s choices prevailed. Is Trump God’s choice to lead the US out of the barren wilderness of today into a promised land of milk and honey? I don’t know, and neither does anyone else.
[I dont know, and neither does anyone else.]
Although modern day prophets have gotten a bad rap due to those who speak from their own wisdom, the LORD still speaks Words of Knowledge through those who seek the Truth.

Isaiah 45 .....
This is what the Lord says to his anointed,
to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of
to subdue nations before him
and to strip kings of their armor,
to open doors before him
so that gates will not be shut:
2
I will go before you
and will level the mountains[a];
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron.
3
I will give you hidden treasures,
riches stored in secret places,
so that you may know that I am the Lord,
the God of Israel, who summons you by name.
4
For the sake of Jacob my servant,
of Israel my chosen,
I summon you by name
and bestow on you a title of honor,
though you do not acknowledge me.

BTW, I thought Trump’s statement was VERY Presidential.
Things never change, there will always be an establishment whether it be political or religious and so it was in Christ’s day as it is today. It will always be a struggle but I am glad that our eyes have been open and we are seeing the hypocrisy of our establishment class.
