You are right that he wrote that. But there's no way that is going to fly at this point in time. The left could decide that we are a danger to our country. It's an opinion though, and extra-Constitutional. I'm purposely using a link of U of Chicago although there are others out there.

It is also in the Declaration of Independence, I think, to "alter and abolish it".
