Back in the 50’s we used to swim in the Florida lakes at night. Flashlights would reveal dozens of gators in the lake with us.
But back then they were afraid of humans.
Well and you may have had a beer or two to help with your courage....
Plus a two year old looks like a bite sized snack
It was that way back in the 70’s also. 45 years of coddling the poor endangered alligator has created man eaters in prolific numbers that have no fear of man.
Time to start hunting them to the point of extinction and keep their population in fearful hiding.
