That was right after Newtown if memory serves. He was lamenting the ability of anyone to purchase "heavy weapons" like RPGs at gun shows.

Ever since then I've been wanting to go to NY to check out the really cool stuff at their gun shows. Unfortunately they don't have CC reciprocity with AZ. :(
