When I was a kid you could buy a War Surplus Anti-Tank Cannon from an Ad in the back of a Magazine for $100 or so.
Never heard of any Crimes committed using one.

I remember that. I wanted one for Christmas but my mom said no. I remember hearing about a guy who bought one and towed in around town with his Volkswagen bug, but he never killed anybody with it.
