Being an accomplice to murder situation, depending on individual state law, you can get one to three year. But in this case....49 people dead....individual charges on each one...she should be looking at a minimum of 49 years (bringing her to the end of her life).
In this particular case, for dramatic effect and to let people know of their willing participation...I’d max this out for the three years each (147 years in prison).
My personal opinion is that she’s as dumb as a brick and probably has the IQ fitting a ten-year-old kid to just sit there and do nothing while the dimwit planned this out.
One does not have to be smart to know the difference between

This was a clip on Stuart Varney’s show yesterday afternoon in which a lawyer said that it isn’t against the law for the wife to know and not alert the police. She must have played an active role in the shooting to have broken the law. That might include casing the joint.
Within days of the event, they have already convened a grand jury? Now, what, exactly, is the hold up in convening a similar grand jury in the case of Hillary Clinton?

facilitating is the crime . Not communications with her husband. That is husband/ wife privilege. But going to Disney World and the act of casing the gay bar are evidence of participation. Also if she knows about the attack preparation she aids and abets if she does not call authorities.— That is not privileged communication. That is knowledge of the preparation and execution of a illegal act. . I just don’t know what they have. That is why the Grand Jury will review to see if her conduct transcended communication which is privileged per se.
