My good friend’s brother lives in Florida and has a muslim neighbor. On 9/11/01 his neighbor had a huge cookout/party - TUESDAY night and they celebrated all night. It was obvious that the mus community knew something was going to happen.

I can see an accessory charge, maybe posdibly even a conspiracy crime, but not a failure to report a possible future Crime. I don’t think there is one. But,there probably should be one in cases like this.

BTW, if he did, they could’ve been perceived as ‘swingers’. I frequented a few gay bars in my college years (I was a music major and knew many gays in the program....another story of my wild years, but, I digress).
