Yes, he has repeatedly proven himself that stupid. But what is worse, is that ‘we’ stupid people keep putting him back into office! Especially true for the people of Kentucky that keep voting for him.

Look at him. During the 2012 election we heard about what a skilled and indispensable parliamentarian he was. I look at him and see a quivering old man obsessed with keeping his personal station.
