Rather than enacting tougher laws to make it more difficult for terrorists, like Mateen, to purchase guns through additional background checks, Trump has made it clear he would like less oversight, not more, on gun purchases. He says the current background checks on the books are sufficient and also supports the use and sale of military grade weaponry, the type of weapons that are necessary to carry out such a large-scale mass shooting.
Trump sees nuclear weapons the same way he sees guns. For both, he believes more is better.

We need a non-political discussion about the FBI. They seem to have knowledge of all these fanatics, but we aren't stopping them. Is that because there are so many people they are having to investigate? Is this a small percentage that are slipping through of a number of cases that are being run?

Side Note: Anyone who didn't donate at least a nominal amount to Trump's campaign for his birthday might want to reconsider - cash flowing into his coffers is sending a message. Lack of resolve due to lack of cash also send a message - it says we are just as pathetic as the Party when it comes to being empty mouthpieces.
