I was going to post something similar. I have a .22 that has a "magazine". It holds 10 rounds. Is this any more or less of an "Assault Rifle" than an AR-15? Why? because the AR shoots the bullet faster down the barrel? Because it holds a few more rounds? OR because it looks like something a soldier would use in combat?

Truth is, none of the talking heads know the difference.
