A massive police presence descended upon Omar Mateen's Florida family home Sunday afternoon, hours after authorities ID'd him as the killer in the Orlando nightclub massacre ... and TMZ has obtained the first photos showing police combing the property for clues.
Cops -- some of them wearing leather gloves -- can be seen searching the trunk of a Mercedes SLK 230 and loading numerous boxes into police vehicles. Check out the photos ... you also see police speaking with Omar's father, Seddique.

Sid is obviously doing well. I see two Mercedes Benz (SLK230 and probably a C300), what appears to be a BMW 5-series, and pretty new Jeep Grand Cherokee, all in front of a nice looking MacMansion. I admire the man for working hard and making such a good life for his family. Unless, as the neighbor said, he had some involvement then he can rot in hell, or whatever supermax has room for him.
