How New Agey that sounds.
And when you stand in front of God, and He says what your path should have been, will you argue with Him about “your” understanding of your spirituality?
No force, no hate, but Jesus isn’t about a spiritual journey, He is about Redemption and forgiveness. You can feel about your spirituality all you want, but without His forgiveness, it won’t make a bit of difference.
I used to be a complete Atheist and rejected the very idea of “God”. Then He was able to show me exactly what I needed to see and tailored it for MY own specific journey. I can’t translate the incredible profoundness of what I experienced to anyone else’s path and I believe God intends for us to each see the big picture in our own way. The path is as unique as each person.
It is far easier to believe when NOBODY tells you exactly what path to travel and you learn on your own. Even though I now see, I don’t preach and encourage people to experience life as they want to and see 100% for themselves so there can be no doubt once He reveals it all.
For some people, the Bible and Church feels right and shows the path. For others, their path to enlightenment is a lifetime of crime and sin (and yes, eventually redemption and forgiveness)
