I thought the speech was well timed and delivered. Hit the high points again and again. Put the problem at the feet of obongo and Hitlery and all the useless open borders people we have who fight against him daily.
He tempered the speech by saying he looks to the muslim community to work with us to root out the problems which completely defuses the Hitlery false argument he wants to deport all Muzzies.
He addressed the costs associated with bringing in a bunch of savages, my word, while noting we have had the most liberal immigration policy ever in the world. He hit the point that immigration is a privilege, not a right.
I loved the speech. I also love here were no sarcastic comments and he looked and sounded like the adult in the room. Obongo I am sure will have some sardonic comments and Hitlery will continue her anti gun rants.

I would like to think that is true - how do you know this?
There’s one idea I would love to get to him. Stop calling for a ban on muslim immigration, as it cannot be enforced. Call for a ban on ALL immigration, temporarily. Muslims will lie to get into the country, so you’ll never be able to prove anything. You will suddenly see the largest conversion of muslims to Christian in world history, and they’ll all be knocking on America’s door.
Ban ALL immigration until:
- the current crop of illegals in the country have been satisfactorily dealt with
- the flow of illegals into the country is stopped
- the current crop of legal immigrants have assimilated to an acceptable degree
- the national debt is substantially decreased
- the REAL unemployment rate is at an acceptable level and as many legal citizens who want to be in the work force have ample opportunity
- there is a solid vetting system in place for any future legal immigration
Until such time, close the doors and sort it all out.
