I’m trying to catch up on things at FR but followed the horrible news on TV. First heard about it last night not long after it happened.

Didn’t do much today other than visit Hubby’s aunt for a while. Stayed later than usual and that set me back on getting supper for the cats and us squared away so I could get to the Canteen.

Oh, she’ll admit it alright! She’ll rub it in. LOL!

That’s ok. I’m ready. I stopped at the store on the way home from visiting Clara and got some ice cream and chok-lit syrup. As soon as supper moves out of the way a bit more, I’m gonna have a big chok-lit sundae.

Now watch her show up and say she had one of those funnel cake treats. aaaaarrrrrrggggghhh!

Both wrong! I spent the day in the car driving up to OKC to see the kids and there was no ice cream for supper. LOL! My DIL made some yummy taco soup!....and punkin/choklit chip muffins that are to die for!

Your ice cream and choklit syrup sounds mighty good right now, though, radu. Mmmmm!

Not a single DQ along the way? Horrors!!!

Glad you made it there safe and sound. And had a yummy supper awaiting!

I was gonna wait to have a big chok-lit sundae but as soon as I mentioned it, that idea was out the window. Just finished scarfing down a small one. LOL

I am over-the-moon happy. I actually ate at the DQ on the way but it’s really hard to eat ice cream and drive. LOL!

LOL! See post #115. I’m tired tonight. We got a HUGE amount of rain last night....nearly 3 inches....and the very loud thunder kept me awake for hours. Not that I’m complaining. :)

Aaaaah, so there WERE DQs along the way.
You could have stayed there long enough to eat a little ice cream before hitting the road again. hee!
