Many comments on that piece speak of the evils of “religion,” again refusing to mention Islam, and ignoring the millions of deaths done in the name of secular ideologies such as communism and Nazism.

Trump is running for the most important job in the world. ABSOLUTELY, he should let people know that had he been President necessary measures would be in place to stop these attacks from occurring. We need a leader who says "I would have gotten this one right, and when I'm your President I have solutions".
